Shopping with us

You can browse the site without registering but in order to shop you will need to log-in / register.

If you are an existing customer you will need to log-in (if you have forgotten your password please e-mail us), if you are a new customer you will need to register.

Browse the site and if you wish to purchase any items, click ‘add to basket’ and then ‘continue shopping’, when you have finished click on the ‘checkout’ button.

During the checkout process you will have a chance to check and confirm your details, delivery address amend any incorrect entries.

We only accept payment (Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and UK Maestro) when your order is dispatched to you.

If your card details are not accepted at checkout, you will not be able to complete the order – please contact your card provider.

If you wish to send different items to different postal addresses then you will need to place separate orders.

Our site should prevent you from ordering items which are currently out of stock, however should this occur in error, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and to suggest an alternative.

You will be able to cancel your order provided we have not yet dispatched the items, if you wish to do so, please contact us quoting your order number. If we have already sent the items, please see our ‘returns policy’ section.
